Piyvi is an AI companion that chats with you in Turkish or English and can remember small details you choose to share. Piyvi is software, not a real person. It is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and nothing it says is professional advice. In an emergency contact local emergency services.

You need an account to use Piyvi and you must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher). Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which permanently removes your memories and profile data.

Please do not use Piyvi to break the law, harass anyone, upload other people's private information, attempt to bypass usage limits or security, or resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.

The free plan includes a daily allowance of companion messages and web look-ups. Piyvi Plus is a paid subscription that raises those allowances and adds Deep Research. Current prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time — Plus stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Payments and subscription billing are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added depending on your country. Invoices and payment method changes are available through the billing page linked from your account.

We work to keep Piyvi available, but the service is provided as is and may change, pause for maintenance, or be improved over time. If we make a significant change to these terms we will tell you in the app or by email.

To the extent permitted by law, Piyvi is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for decisions you take based on AI-generated content. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
