Privacy Policy

Piyvi is built around a simple idea: your conversations belong to you. This page explains exactly what we store and how to remove it.
What we store
- Account details: your email address and the display name you choose.
- Memories: the small facts you ask Piyvi to remember, stored privately under your account.
- Photos you send in chat, kept privately to your account and used only for that conversation.
- Usage counters (how many messages and look-ups you used today) so plan allowances can be applied.
- Subscription status from our payment provider so the correct plan is active. We never see your card details.
How your messages are used
To reply, your message and relevant memories are sent securely to our AI provider. When you ask something that needs current information, the question is also sent to a web search provider. Your messages are not used to train our models, and we do not sell your data or show ads.
Where chat history lives
Chat history stays on the device you used it on. Memories and account data are stored on our hosted backend so they follow you across devices when you log in.
Processors we rely on
We use a hosting and database provider, an AI model provider, a web search provider and a payment provider. Each receives only what is needed for its part of the service.
Retention and your rights
Data is kept while your account exists. You can view, edit or delete individual memories on the Memories screen, and delete your entire account from Profile — that removes your memories, photos and profile permanently. You may also request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by email.
Children
Piyvi is not intended for children under 16.
